Registrations

Here you will find the registration form for our festival. 

Accommodation:

Bookings will be made directly with the Mendi Hotel.
To reserve your room, please send an email to info@mendi-hotel.gr, attention to Ms. Vasso Slamari, mentioning that it is for participation in the Festival. If you already know your roommates, please include their names as well.

If you wish to stay in a double or triple room and don’t know with whom, feel free to contact us at info@acimfestival.grand we will help arrange it.

The prices also apply if you wish to extend your stay beyond the Festival dates.

Accommodation rates (Check-in: September 26 / Check-out: September 30, 2025)
All prices are per person with half board (breakfast & dinner):

 

– Single room with sea view (€80/day): €320  

– Double Superior with sea view (€67.5/day/person): €270  

– Double Standard with sea view or ground floor (€52.5/day/person): €210  

– Triple Family (ground floor) (€55/day/person): €220 

– Triple Standard (ground floor or sea view) (€45/day/person): €180 

h sea view (120€/day/room): 200.00€

Participation in all the activities of the Festival
All festival activities are included in the total price of €190 (including 24% VAT). (€100 for 2 days – €150 for 3 days) 

Desired donations for teachers
All teachers are attending voluntarily, and you are welcome to express your gratitude for the gifts they offer by making a free donation toward their expenses. There will be a designated box for this during the Festival!

Transfer to and from the airport

 

Options available:  

– Taxi – By giving your flight details (flight number, arrival time, name, and mobile number) to the hotel, you can book a taxi from Thessaloniki Airport for 4 people (€85),  

or  

– Mini Van – For 5 people (€110), for 8 people (€150) per route.  

It is recommended to also book your return trip to the airport at the same time.  

The hotel can also refer you to a car rental agency.  

The Festival will be held in three languages: Greek, English, and German.
