Registrations

Here you will find the registration form for our festival. 

Accommodation:

Bookings will be made directly to the Mendi Hotel. To book a room, please send an email to Info@mendi-hotel.gr –  Ms. Vasso Slamari, indicating that you are participating in the ACIM Festival, and the name/s of your roommate/s if you want to share a room.

In case you want to stay in a double or triple room and have no roommates, please contact us at info@acimfestival.gr .

Τhe rates below are valid for any extension of your stay. The hotel will remain open until 10/10/24.

The prices (In 27/9 out 2/10/24) per person with half board are as follows:

 

  • Single with sea view (80€/day):  400.00€
  • Double Superior with sea view (135€/day/room): 337.50€ 
  • Double Standard with sea view or ground floor (105€/day/room): 262.50€
  • Triple Family ground floor (145€/day/room): 242.00€
  • Triple Standard ground floor or with sea view (120€/day/room): 200.00€
Participation in all the activities of the Festival
All festival activities are included in the total price of 180€/including VAT 24%.

Possibility of stay of less or more days
In case you wish to stay less or more days than the days of the Festival, you can add the Check-In and Check-Out dates to the form below, as well as contact the Festival organizers HERE!

Desired donations for teachers
All teachers come voluntarily and you can express your gratitude for the gifts they have to offer you, giving a free donation for their expenses in a special box, during the Festival!

Transfer to and from the airport

 

It is possible, giving your details (flight number, time of arrival, name and mobile) at the hotel, for TAXI from the airport of Thessaloniki for 4 people (85 €), or minivan for 5 people (105 €), for 7 people (135 €).

The communication will be done directly with the hotel it would be advisable to book your return to the airport at the same time.

The hotel can also arrange car rental. The Festival will be held in three languages: Greek, English and German.
